Karen Joseph

Karen has been with YU since 2004. She started on the frontlines with Light Patrol and then the Jane Finch community. Over time she began supervising and shepherding staff. She now works with the People Development team, overseeing staff training and development. Karen also serves in a church partnership with YU as the part-time youth pastor at Lorne Park Baptist Church in Mississauga.
